Vision Statement:Downtown Concord will be the premier cultural and commerce destination in New Hampshirearrow
Downtown Concord is the heart of the community. It is beautiful, safe and vibrant both during the day and at night.  Downtown is the premier cultural center north of Boston and has a thriving arts and entertainment district as well as quality restaurants and an exciting night life.

Downtown Concord has a bounty of beautifully restored historic buildings that are fully occupied, some with upper-story market-rate housing. The retail mix is prosperous and eclectic.  Our Main Street is pedestrian friendly, and our streetscape features wide sidewalks and well-maintained public spaces.

The Merrimack River is easily accessible to downtown, and employees, shoppers, tourists and residents gather there in a beautiful and serene setting.

Main Street Concord, Inc. serves as a catalyst for private development and public partnerships. With a strong mix of membership development, marketing, design and economic development efforts, Main Street Concord, Inc. is well-funded and is an influential force in the community.
