5th Annual Capitol Kids Spring Art Show!
May 3 - 15, 2011
Click here for artist entry form!

Nearly 500 artists were featured in last year's Capitol Kids Spring Art Show on display now in downtown Concord.
Artists aged 18 years and younger from the Capital region, drew, painted and built works of art to celebrate the season and to dress-up the downtown. The show will run through May 16th.
The artwork was showcased in 57 storefront windows stretching from Detailed Stained Glass at 45 South Main to Bead It! at 146 North Main. The exhibition spills onto several side streets too, including Warren, Pleasant, and Pleasant Street Extension.
"This show wa a unique outlet for younger artists to exhibit their creative work and to connect with our downtown," said Jessica Eshleman, executive director of Main Street Concord. "We are very excited to present this popular event that celebrates kids, the arts and our local business community."
Main Street Concord takes this opportunity to acknowledge Laura Miller of Imagination Village for launching the Capitol Kids Spring Art Show in 2007. Laura knew that kids, family and art all have a special place here in the heart of the capital city and we are grateful for her dedicated work and brilliant concept!
